Our Safety Approach
At Reti Systems, accident prevention is a top priority on every project. Our safety program follows OSHA standards and is designed to maintain a safe, injury-free workplace for our employees, subcontractors, clients, and the public. Safety requirements apply to everyone on our job sites, and compliance is required.
How We Manage Safety

Pre-Task Planning
We identify hazards before work begins through job safety analyses (JSAs), site inspections, and crew briefings.

Hazard Control
Risks are addressed using practical controls, including engineering solutions, administrative procedures, and required PPE.

Qualified Personnel
Equipment is operated only by trained and authorized personnel.

Ongoing Inspections
Supervisors and competent personnel monitor job sites to ensure safety procedures are followed.

Stop Work Authority
Every employee has the authority to stop work if unsafe conditions are identified. Work resumes only after the issue is corrected.

Immediate Correction
Unsafe conditions are addressed promptly to prevent incidents.
